Celebrating "Care-titude" with SCCL

Last Saturday, 17 September 2022, InnerSpace Sanctuary was privileged to attend the Symposium that celebrates Caregivers "CARE-TITUDE" organized by SCCL (Silver Caregivers Co-operative Ltd). We provided some material (colour pencils and paper) for the participants to engage in while they are there to heighten awareness of using art as a way to relieve stress.

The symposium's talks gave us insights to practical ways to caregiving, where to get help for the sick and not forgetting the wellness of caregivers. The talks touched on family, love, care, empathy, patience, strength — the same values that InnerSpace Sanctuary upholds. Indeed, "You are not Alone" and InnerSpace Sanctuary will walk alongside to support you in alleviating and coping with anxiety and stress.
