Product Details
Dry mee kia noodles, also known as “mee kia tah” (面仔干), is a cherished hawker dish in Singapore. These thin, yellow noodles originate from the Teochew community and are enjoyed in regions like Chaoshan, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Served "dry" (tah in Hokkien), the noodles are tossed in a savoury sauce and paired with fish balls, fish cake slices, spring onions and cut chili slices for an added kick.

Found in hawker centres and coffee shops, this dish embodies the multicultural essence of Singapore’s culinary heritage.
